Another one into the mix. The Woodlawn mine has been closed for a long time. I was fortunate to acquire a few micros towards the end of the mine life. Based on the specimens that I have, I figure that there should be some really good ones hidden away in collections.

This one has deep blue lustrous azurite crystals on a dull green malachite matrix, with a few white cerussite blades that fluoresce and orange-yellow under long wave ultraviolet light. There are also a few tiny quartz crystals showing up in the photo. I hadn’t noticed them under the microscope.
